A Note from the President
It is hard to believe we are already beginning our fourth year in business. I would like to thank all of our customers and clients that have entrusted their projects to Triad. I’d also like to thank our dedicated staff of employees who have helped us make Triad Construction Inc. a high quality competitive General Contractor.
As you may know, we have grown considerably over the past few years. We have had the opportunity to work with many wonderful people on exciting projects. These include the House of Peace addition and renovation, several large interior build-outs - including the executive offices - for Kohl’s Corporate, the Delavan-Darien High School auditorium renovation, the Mount Calvary Lutheran Church addition, the Shroeder & Holt Architects interior office build-out, the Cannon & Dunphy interior office renovation, various renovations for Time Warner Cable and Krones Inc., and millwork installations for several restaurants throughout the country.
Triad is excited about the upcoming year as we begin multiple interesting projects. Four years of progress, and we are very eager to continue our growth with utmost customer satisfaction.

Welcome to the Team Nancy
Triad would like to welcome Nancy Schreiber to our office team! Nancy brings over 30 years of experience in accounts payable for commercial construction. She will be assisting with accounts payable and general accounting duties.
Our Finished Carpentry Recognized by Large Restaurant Chains
Triad’s finish carpentry work has established a reputation with national contractors, millwork fabricators, and construction managers to bid on millwork installation for various Cheesecake Factory stores and other high end restaurants across the country. We have completed the millwork and finish carpentry at The Cheesecake Factory in Glendale, WI, Boston, MA, Long Island, NY, and Albany,NY. We have also completed the millwork packages at Mitchell’s Fish Market in Brookfield, WI, the Oceanaire Restaurant in Boston, MA, and McCormick & Schmick’s in Wauwatosa, WI. Triad is actively bidding other millwork projects around the country.
