Building Components: This project consisted of the demolition and renovation of two levels of the Franklin Corporate Center for occupancy by the Transportation Security Administration for their Milwaukee office. The approximate build-out square footage was 11,000 SF and included some base building renovation. This project was constructed to meet LEED certification.
