Building Components: For this project, Triad Construction demolished the facility’s existing garage and storage space to make room for a new addition housing new offices, storage, and retail space. Crews also renovated the building’s existing offices, meeting rooms, and clinic while occupied. Because construction costs were under budget, unused funds were returned back to this not-for-profit organization.
