Building Components: Construction began with demolishing an existing structure attached to Divine Mercy Church to make room to build a two-story addition on to the existing worship space. The addition houses conference and religious education rooms as well as bathrooms and gathering spaces. Since the new structure is directly adjacent to the existing church, special care was taken to match the look of the two structures and structurally reinforce the original building.
